HOW OUR WIG MAKING SERVICE WORKS
For this service, please supply your own bundles and closure or frontal.
1. BOOK THE SERVICES YOU NEED
Book the wig making service on our website.
If you require layering, please book layering separately. For styling, select and book the styling option under our Revamp section.
Wig making, layering and styling are separate services. Please book each service you require.
2. CONTACT US AFTER BOOKING
Send us a WhatsApp message with your order number to receive our InPost delivery details. Please wait for these instructions before sending your hair.
3. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
Place your bundles and closure or frontal inside a wig bag or securely sealed ziplock bag. Keep your bundles neatly separated and secured, then place everything inside a padded mailing envelope or sturdy box.
4. INCLUDE A NOTE
Please include:
• Your name and order number.
• Your contact details.
• The services you have booked.
• The lengths, number of bundles and total bundle weight in grams, excluding packaging.
• Your head measurements and preferred parting.
• Any reference photo or instructions for your wig.
5. SEND YOUR TRACKING DETAILS
Once you have posted your package using the InPost instructions provided, email your tracking number to hello@hairmarjesty.com.
Your bundles will be reweighed on arrival to confirm their total weight before work begins.
6. TURNAROUND TIME
Please allow seven working days from receipt of your package for wig making. Postage time is additional.
If you have also booked layering or styling, please contact us to confirm the full turnaround time.
7. RETURN DELIVERY — PLEASE READ BEFORE CHECKOUT
Return postage is £17 via Royal Mail Special Delivery, charged separately from your service price.
Please select the Guaranteed/Special Delivery option at checkout. Do not select Free Delivery for this service.
Free return delivery is not available for wig making. Royal Mail Special Delivery is the only return delivery service we offer for sending your wig back to you.
Once your wig has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
