HOW OUR WIG STYLING SERVICE WORKS
You can send us an existing wig for styling or add styling to your wig making and layering order.
2. SELECT YOUR STYLING OPTIONS
Please check the available variations before adding this service to your basket. Select your preferred:
• Parting.
• Lace trimming option.
• Styling finish: loose waves or bouncy curls.
3. CHOOSE YOUR FINISH
LOOSE WAVES
Created with a larger barrel for soft, flowing waves and a relaxed, natural finish.
BOUNCY CURLS
Created with a smaller barrel for more defined curls, volume and a bouncy finish.
4. CONTACT US AFTER BOOKING
If you are sending an existing wig, WhatsApp us with your order number to receive our InPost delivery details. Please wait for these instructions before posting.
If your wig is already with us for wigging or layering, send us your styling order number so we can link your bookings.
5. PACK YOUR WIG SECURELY
Place your wig inside a securely sealed ziplock bag or wig bag, then pack it inside a protective mailing bag or sturdy box.
Include a note with your name, order number, contact details and selected styling options. You may also include a reference photo of your preferred look.
6. CONFIRM YOUR TURNAROUND TIME
Please contact us to confirm the turnaround time for your styling order, including any other services booked. Postage time is additional.
7. RETURN DELIVERY — PLEASE READ BEFORE CHECKOUT
Return postage is £17 via Royal Mail Special Delivery, charged separately from your service price.
Please select the Guaranteed/Special Delivery option at checkout. Do not select Free Delivery for this service.
If you have already paid return postage with a linked wigging or layering order, contact us before paying for delivery again.
Once your wig has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details.
