HOW OUR WIGGING & LAYERING SERVICE WORKS
1. BOOK THE SERVICES YOU NEED
• Already have a wig? Book layering only.
• Sending bundles with a closure or frontal? Book both wigging and layering. Your bundles must first be made into a wig before they can be layered.
• Want styling too? Book the styling option separately under our Revamp section.
Wigging, layering and styling are separate services. Please book each service you require.
2. CONTACT US AFTER BOOKING
Contact us with your order number to receive our InPost delivery details. Please wait for these instructions before sending your hair.
3. PACK YOUR HAIR SECURELY
Place your wig or bundles and closure/frontal inside a securely sealed ziplock bag. Keep bundles neatly separated and secured, then place everything inside a protective mailing bag or sturdy box.
4. INCLUDE A NOTE
Please include:
• Your name and order number.
• Your contact details.
• The services you have booked.
• The lengths, number of bundles and total bundle weight in grams, excluding packaging.
5. CHECKS ON ARRIVAL
Your bundles will be reweighed on arrival to confirm their total weight before work begins.
6. TURNAROUND TIME
Please allow seven days from receipt of your hair for layering. Postage time is additional. For orders that include wigging or styling, please contact us to confirm the full turnaround time.
7. RETURN DELIVERY — PLEASE READ BEFORE CHECKOUT
Return postage is £17 via Royal Mail Special Delivery, charged separately from your service price.
Please select the Guaranteed Delivery option at checkout. Do not select Free Delivery for wigging or layering services.
Free return delivery is not available for these services. Royal Mail Special Delivery is the only secure return delivery service we offer for sending your wig back to you.
