Shipping & Collection Instructions
•Gently comb out any tangles on your wig
•Place the wig in a wig bag or clean zip-lock bag.
•Put it inside a sealed outer bag, envelope, or box.
•Send us a DM or WhatsApp message to receive the shipping address.
•Post your wig using a secure tracked delivery service and send us the tracking number once dispatched.
•We will notify you once your wig(s) have been received and confirm the weight of each wig.
Turnaround Time
Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive your wig.
Return Delivery
•Your wig will be returned to your preferred address via tracked courier at a cost (special delivery option only at checkout )
•Please ensure you choose the secure delivery option at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
