Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 working days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
Shipping Options (UK)
We offer the following delivery services across the UK, all free of charge:
- Standard Delivery: FREE (2-4 working days)
- Express Delivery: FREE (1-2 working days)
- Next-Day Delivery: FREE (Orders placed before 1 PM Mon-Fri)

International Shipping
We deliver to select international destinations with tracked services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: £12.99 (5-7 working days)
- USA & Canada: £15.99 (7-10 working days)
- Australia & New Zealand: £18.99 (10-14 working days)
- Rest of the World: £20.99 (10-14 working days)
Customs and Import Duties:
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Delivery Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Hair Marjesty Will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
- If a delivery is missed, it’s the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier and arrange redelivery or collection.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at orders@hairmarjesty.com with your order details.
- Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 30 days of the dispatch date.
Click & Collect (UK Only)
We’re excited to offer Click & Collect services at select locations across the UK:
