Refund and Returns Policy

At HairMarjesty, we take pride in delivering premium-quality wigs and hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.

Faulty Item Exchange Policy

If, after review, we determine that the item you received has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer an exchange or replacement. However, if the product does not meet the criteria for a faulty item, it will be returned to you without replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:


1. The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition—this means it must not have been brushed, washed, combed, cut, or removed from its original bundle.


2. The unit must not have been worn, and all tags must remain intact.


3. The hair must not have been dyed, bleached, heat-styled, or altered in any way. Any damage caused by the customer will void the exchange policy.


4. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your package, and the return must be completed within 14 days of delivery.


5. The return must be shipped with tracking, and the tracking details must be provided to us.

Refunds & Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot issue refunds unless the product is confirmed to be faulty. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect selection.

If an item is found to be defective and remains unused and unworn, we will provide an exchange or replacement.

In the event that a customer refuses delivery, store credit will be issued for the amount paid, minus any shipping charges.
